Just figured out why we gain weight......

The shampoo we used in the shower that runs down our body says "for extra volume and body".

I'm going to start using dish washing liquid that says "dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove".

It wasn't the extra volume. It was the density.

Dish washing liquid will seriously dehydrate your skin. I suggest you find a better alternative.
