Heated blankets!

I bought an electric throw blanket to keep under my desk at work. I also invested in an electric blanket for my couch and electric mattress pad for my bed. These have been a life saver for me this winter.

I have 3 heated blankets.  One in my family room, one in my bedroom, and one under my desk at work!

Can't live without mine.  I wore out the last one and had to buy a new one last Fall. 

One thing I bought that has saved me this Winter.  Fleece lined tights.  They are really cozy and keep my legs pretty warm when I wear skirts.  I even wore them under jeans...that were too tight to wear my long johns under.  They are awesome and I love them. 

I have a very thick, heavy afghan that my step grandmother made me over 30 years ago. On cold nights, I will wrap up in that and keep toasty warm. It's not quite large enough to fit on a king size bed.
