Any regrets!
That was my BIG question before the surgery. I kept wondering if I would regret it. No one in my family had ever done such a thing and I didn't know many people who have had the surgery, so I thought. After I had my surgery, people came out of the wood works who have had the surgery. For me, Nope. no regrets. Just wished I had done it sooner, though.
Nope.

My only regret is not treating the mental aspects of wls as seriously as the physical part. I believe treating both is needed for long term success.
I'm not the I regret not getting wls earlier because earlier I wasn't ready for anything other than lap band, then my ins changed & it wasn't covered. Flash forward years later, all forms of wls covered & my understanding of each one significantly increased. VSG best fit for me. No regrets.
