I have lost 8 boxes of cat litter

I was carrying in cat litter from the car today, one in each hand. It seemed really heavy to the point I could feel how it was weighing my entire body down and I could feel the effects of the extra weight all the way down through my legs as I walked.

I started wondering if I had lost as much weight as the 2 boxes of cat litter. When I looked at the boxes, they were each 14 pounds. So, I have actually lost the equivalent of 8 boxes!

I can't imagine trying to carry 8 boxes of cat litter around. Yet, that's exactly the type of pressure I used to have on my body every day. Wow!

The comparison I use is that I've lost 15 of those huge 10 lb hamburger packages that Sam's Club sells.

I look at those things every week when I do my grocery shopping. It still amazes me that I had 15 of those bad boys attached to my body. No wonder my knee always hurt like a mother.

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...
