Scale~
Well I am finally seeing the scale move down. I've lost another 2 lbs. My mind is on track. The meeting and support team I have is really helping me. Anyone struggling? Find a WLS support group. I changed my vitamins. I was taking the wrong ones all this time. I have more energy. Thank you Flintstones. And getting ALL my water.
If you are taking Flintstone vitamins, they do not meet the requirements for post bariatric surgery patients.

I hate to break the news, but your surgeon is wrong.
Here is a link to the vitamins recommended by the ASMBS for bariatric surgery patients. If you compare what they recommend versus what's contained in Flintstone vitamins, you'll see that you're not getting the proper levels of supplements. Some vitamins recommended aren't in Flintstone vitamins. See Table 5 for specifics.
This is a topic that comes up frequently on OH. Unfortunately some doctors aren't well-educated on the current literature.
As a cancer survivor, I can tell you that it's important to be your own health care advocate, and learn as much as you can. No one cares about your health as much as you do, or should.
Best of luck

Sounds like you are getting back on track. Congrats!
I'm not as far out as you, but at 6-8 months post-surgery, I could see how easily small bad habits could creep back in. I committed to myself to go to 10 out of 12 Support Group Meetings a year. I put them in my calendar for the whole year and go. I'm in the Dr's office, I get on the "official" scale, I am reminded of good habits. I hear what people are doing long-term to keep it off. I see that it still takes focused effort.
I hope what you're doing works - but if it doesn't use your team to make adjustments. I'm sure your focus and willingness to do the work will lead you to through this period of difficulty to more success.

The only reason that Flintstone vitamins can make you feel bit better is the sugar in them. Yes - even small serving of sugar can increase your serotonin, making you think it is actually the vitamins.
I do hope you do more research and pick more complete vitamins designed for adults.
