Pork can be a little harsh on my stomach, so I've found that the 5-Day Buffalo Chicken Sleeve test works best for me.

Cook about four pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs in your crockpot with a bottle of Buffalo Hot Sauce and some ranch dressing mix.  If I really want the pounds to drop off, I add 8 ounces of cream cheese at the end.  For some reason, the cream cheese seems to make everything come out smoothly at the end.  Maybe I'm slightly lactose intolerant.

Anyway, similar to what Hala said, I can eat 8 ounces of the Buffalo Chicken every day, but it needs to be spread out.  You have to drink lots and lots of WATER.  Coffee, tea, soda or flavored water doesn't count.  Straight, clear water.  No tap water either, especially if you're in Flint, MI.

After five days, you can add Brussels sprouts, but they must be steamed.  Trust me, this is the magic bullet you've been looking for

Look, if you want to lose weight, you have to follow the rules.  And the rules of the 5-Day Buffalo Chicken Sleeve test are very specific.

Do not mess with success or you will be sorry
