Anybody Using Protizyme Shakes?
I tried some samples and so far I love the taste of all of them. But, who knows how I will feel after surgery.... I haven't bought any big tubs of it yet, (it's kind of expensive) but I really like that it has vitamins in it, and I haven't seen any other brands that have the V/M built into the powder. I figured that will help during those first few weeks. Any opinions or thoughts on this brand?

The protein powder looks OK based on the nutritional label but it only has 35% of the recommended daily requirements for vitamins. You need 200%. That means that you still have to take supplements. You would have to drink 6 shakes daily to get the required vitamins in and I'm not too sure that all the vitamins you need are in the powder. 6 shakes would be 810 calories per day.
It has good stats as far as calories (135) and protein grams (24). Sugar and carbs are really low too. It would be a fine protein source, but don't depend on it for vitamins.
Celebrate Vitamins ENS has vitamins in their shakes as well. Vanilla Cake Batter https://www.pinterest.com/pin/246642517067637444/ is still one of my favs.
Oh, I didn't know that! I'll check it out. Thanks so much!
