There is no diet pill yet that works, but there are lots of them that will take your money and sometimes your health.  If you want to lose more weight it can only be done by reducing calories.  It is really hard, but I finally accepted that it is the only thing that works.

Change up what you are eating, sometimes we get into a rut. Don't forget fat, we need fat too. Plan, Weigh, measure, drink enough fluids...all the boring stuff....I was stuck for 3 months right above Onderland then the scale started moving again. The further out you are, it goes much slower. It isn't finished if you aren't finished...

if you have been the same weight for 6 months, then you are in maintenance, not a stall.

the only way to continue to lose is to lower your calories, track your food ,eat dense protein and non carby Vegas and cut out Cubs.

If you are "stuck" at two years out, you are eating the number of calories your body needs to maintain this weight. Cut back to lose more. Weigh, measure, and track your food. Be honest with yourself about how much you are eating. It definitely gets harder by the two year mark.

Yes I'm sure you are all right.   I just thought if any of you also tried that new pill I was talking about and if we get side effects

Thanks all !

A friend of mine took it for a few months. She lost a few, but nothing spectacular. By month 4 her blood pressure was going crazy so her doctor took her off of it.

ETA: My friend had also had VSG and was prescribed the Contrave by her weight loss surgeon.

I looked up the medicine online- the huge warning about suicidal thoughts as a side effects was enough for me to quit reading any further. Do as the others suggested- back to basics, track, weigh, measure.
