supplements vs supplements - my two cents

Good call! I'm going to take your advice and start my walk. Thanks!
how do you know the CC considers these vitamins non-compliant? if that's true, i'll need proof. i won't need proof about my success. i've lost over 160 in one year and my vitals have never looked so good. why all of the hate over my success? didn't anybody ever teach you people if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. we're supposed to be supportive of one another. don't hate me because i'm enter this blog to share good news. i wish you better luck, how's that? sorry you're so negative.
Didn't anyone ever teach you that this is a public forum and YOU don't get to tell ppl what to post or how they should post?
We don't care how successful you have been, you haven't been around here inthe last year to share and help others and now only coming around cause you are getting some kind of reward for posting **** like this.

you are a pompous ass--the reason why i stay away from these places. there's always trolls like yourself waiting to jump on a success story. you seem to know a lot about nothing, yourself. i never took 8/per day and i saved money compared to OTC options. my doctor is board certified and has performed over 5000 procedures. i routinely (3months) get my bloods tested and my health is the best its ever been in over 20 years. my husband's a doctor, too and was a strong advocate for making my own decisions about vitamins and proteins. i'm sorry you had a terrible experience with fusion and you are very uninformed about my pricing. i compared the extra costs for other sups against my routine and saved money. you and your passive aggressive sentiments can go to hell. you don't talk to people that way, certainly not a lady. good luck with your personality deficiencies.
Why do you have to make this personal? I certainly didn't. What does it matter how many children you have, or if you're a "lady?" What does that even mean?
How much weight you've lost has nothing to do with your vitamins. If it were true, my CVS generic vitamins, which cost me 8 dollars for a year, are twice as good as your Fusion, since I've lost twice as much weight.
All I said was, the Bariatric Fusion vitamins are poor quality and expensive. If you feel that is a personal attack on you, you're mistaken. But there is no mistaking your personal attack on me. Perhaps you need to go back to finishing school and work on that lady thing a while longer.

very good, Grim. come out attacking my original comment only to back down your affront to me and my use of grammar and literacy. typical signs of a bully. then you say, "why make this personal?" you're a real piece of work, grim. you chose to criticize my comments, mr. sensitive. again, your passive-aggressive attitude is laughable but yet, poor old you...didn't mean to make this personal. you are the real fool in this exchange. your doctor sits on the advisory board for fusion and you criticize my choices and my success. i didn't ask for this. this is my first ever post with obesity help at the suggestion of my doc. i'll be sure to let him know about my terrific reception. cvs generic for 8 bucks/yr good for you grim. see, no criticism.
Yes, my surgeon is on their advisory board. Among other things, he's a professor of surgery at Harvard Medical School. And because he's very familiar with Fusion's vitamins, he said specifically NOT to take them.

Good for you. I'm glad your surgeon is on their board and offers information contrary to what he says on the advisory board. Sounds like a pretty honest guy with lots of integrity. I guess birds of a feather flock together. Good thing he has you to speak for him as well.

As you are new here I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt.
Good for you and your weight loss. Sounds like you've done well which is great.
There really isn't a leg to stand on here in regards to your choice of vitamins. As Grim rightly points out, they are a poor choice for post-ops over the long haul. There really isn't any question about it - it's all in the numbers and they don't add up. Instead of losing your mind over that, you should consider making a change for your continued health. That is all anyone means when they are telling you that brand is crap for WL patients.
Using ponctuation helps us slog through posts. The easier it is to read your post, the more responses you will have.
Being on the defensive is tedious for both you and the readers. Making things personal when they don't need to be is offensive and defeats the pupose of being here which is to pay it forward and to get support and help on your WLS journey.
Give us another try - it's worth it.

I'll do what's best for me, period. And by the way, I've noticed that while everybody seems to think I need help with "ponctuation" or did you mean, punctuation---nevertheless, keep to the topic at hand and stop criticizing people about grammar. Paying it forward you say. I say hog wash. I tried to reach out to this group and you've seen the response. There's only a few civilized people on this blog and the others are self-righteous idiots trolling to espouse their knowledge and experience as "better-than" remedies. Not worth it my time.
