supplements vs supplements - my two cents

Yes, he did call you illiterate.
Someone who writes without using capital letters to start sentences, ignores dependent clauses and the need for commas and writes in incomplete sentences isn't someone who should likely give vitamin advice to strangers.
Giving birth to three children does not a nutritionist make.
Good luck with that.

I'd kiss you right on the mouth for this post alone. You know I would.
Damn. You must get out of my head and stop saying the exact thing I am thinking before I get a chance. Everyone will think you are the meanie pants and really it's me.

how do you know the CC considers these vitamins non-compliant? if that's true, i'll need proof. i won't need proof about my success. i've lost over 160 in one year and my vitals have never looked so good. why all of the hate over my success? didn't anybody ever teach you people if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. we're supposed to be supportive of one another. don't hate me because i'm enter this blog to share good news. i wish you better luck, how's that? sorry you're so negative.

This isn't a blog. It's a forum.
Call the Cleveland Clinic. Here's their number: 216 445-2224. It's a Center of Excellence.
You can look up the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery's vitamin guidelines. You will see that Bariatric Fusion DOES NOT MEET THE STANDARDS and requires a ridiculous amount of pills to do so.
I am supportive -- of good information. You are giving BAD information.

and by the way, how is my success bad information? just like you have the right to speak on this blog, i too, have the right to share my opinions and successes. and i did check the asmbs guidelines for your information. my doc is an advisor to the asmbs and he recommended fusion! oh my, now what do you do? you're not supportive of anything contrary to your own opinion. sounds like you have a lot of issues to contend with. leave your jealous rants out of a positive forum.

you treat this blog like it's your own forum. i think you forgot an o at the end of your tirade, to? or is it too? you're hilarious! let's compare wits! or should we find another venue for that? get a life while you're searching to correct grammar and being cantankerous. how old are you, 12?!? if you're representative of the people on this forum, which i highly doubt, you need additional psychological help.

Weight loss is fabulous, and it's great that your numbers look good. However, deficiencies tend to show up-- for whatever reason-- after the one-to-two-year "honeymoon" period. THAT is why a truly adequate vitamin load is addressed with such concern around here.

I understand, and thank you for your comments. I've enjoyed my honeymoon period even with the struggles. I appreciate your pointing out your experience and passing along your feedback regarding time periods. I'm approaching my 2nd year and continue to monitor everything necessary. I pray I'm doing the right thing and think I'm in pretty good hands. I'm sorry if my responses offended you or others. I'm trying to be very positive and only wish the very best for everybody going through what we're going through. I understand others are trying to do the same however, I felt I was being attacked...properly because I'm new to OH. Thanks again for sharing your feedback and constructive comments.

Take a deep breath and step away from the keyboard for a few. Being sorry for attacking is one thing, keeping them up is another. Go get some fresh air or something :)
