Oh my gosh...I cannot wait to see weight loss in the 40 lbs range! Fantastic job fluffyfrog!!! The only time I have ever been "smaller" in my life was when I was 22 and didn't want to be a fat bride. So I worked out 3 hours a day and basically ate nothing and wound up being 158 lbs when I walked down the isle (yes I was weighing myself on the day of my wedding lol). My goal now is to be about 130, which I haven't seen since I was probably 12 lol. I know mostly I am talking about the physical transformation that I can't wait for but it's the health related ones I strive for as well! Already have been taken off my BP meds because it seems to have regulated so far. Woo hoo!!!
That first year a lot of us can get dizzy from really low BP, especially when standing up -- orthostatic hypotension. It takes a while for the circulatory system to catch up to the weight loss. Hooray for no more high blood pressure!
