According to a recent study. It really is all about the food.

But with exercising 8 hours daily, Michael Phelps eats 12,000 calories a day!

It seems like the phrase "you can't outrun a bad diet" has been around for a while.  It's not really surprising that this study backs this up.

I cringe when people talk about eating back exercise calories. We'll just seize any excuse to eat more.

I cringe every time people try to justify eating more because they exercise, too. NONE of us here are elite athletes like Michael Phelps!!

The human body is an amazing,  adaptable thing. Going to show this top my boss when she tells me how much she sweats and how hard she works out.  She's infamous for trying to make someone feel bad for not working out 3 or 4 days a week, or walk 5 miles every morning.

Pretty much, but if I really look at the clock I think that twenty minutes has gone down to ten.

I guess that's better than 3 minutes seeming like 30.

Yeah, I think every man who takes that little blue pill hopes to be the one who goes to the emergency room with "an erection lasting longer than four hours"
