Isn't Citrical calcium Citrate?  As I understand it we need to make sure we are getting calcium Carbonate, because citrate doesn't absorb well in the digestive tract?  Make sure your getting the good calcium that you need.

I was having a problem with getting in all my supplements so I switched to Patch vitamins.  Can't tell you if they work yet, I'm scheduled for bloodwork in 2 weeks after using the patch for around three months.  I hope my levels are good cause I would hate to go back to taking all those pills.

You have it backward. We don't absorb calcium carbonate, and several other forms of calcium. Calcium citrate is the only kind you should be taking.

No, the other way around. No one, not even normies, absorb calcium carbonate well. We need calcium citrate. I belong to a FB group that focuses on the patch vitamins, and the calcium doesn't seem to work well for many people.
