Food tracking apps
The only one I've used is MyFitnessPal. It seems pretty much perfect for me, so I didn't bother even trying others.

M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
I also have a fitbit & I used to use that but switched to my fitness pal. They both do the same thing & they can work with each other but you have to just use the mfp only to input food & exercise & it'll send the information to fibit. You'd also have to go to your account on fitbit to allow mfp to sync up with it. You only have to do it once. It's what I do so I can use both apps & be accurate.
MFP will also use the fitbit steps & use that to re adjust the amount of calories you can have during the day, but I don't use that, why bother eating back calories.

My Fitness pal

I started using My Fitness Pal during my 6 month supervised diet, and I've used it as my main one ever since. I have a Fit*****arge HR and the Aria scale, but I never put my food into it. I never really use the app, either, since everything syncs to My Fitness Pal.
