Knock knees? Or just fat?
So my thighs are huge. But my lower legs are smaller, and they tend to go outwards starting at my knees... Like an upside down v. I looked it up but the pics seem a bit extreme. I don't know if I actuall have knock knees or if its just the way my fat sits. I've seen pics in here and with weight loss, the separation at the bottom of the legs seems to improve.
I hope so. Bc I hate the way it looks... Lol. Reminds me of the Flintstones for some reason.
You might have Pronation Distortion Syndrome from being obese. You can find information about it online and learn which muscles you can stretch and strengthen to help correct it.

I had to do a postural analysis for one of my classes and found this. I agree - fascinating!

Well I walk on the outside of my feet, not the inside. Does that matter? Maybe I will just research more lol. It seems that a knock kneed person would walk on the inside of their feet, where the arches are. But I walk on the outer side. You should see my shoes... Lol
