Belly button help! (With TMI pic)

Thanks for all of the suggestions! I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol, dried it, then put neosporin on it and it was almost completely healed day 1. I repeated day 2 just to be sure, and it's now as good as new! I was going to try the other suggestions next, but was snowed in and i had alcohol and neosporin at the house.
