Winter Storm NSV

Almost, not completely, dug out my car today.  Only have sore shoulders, but no huffing and puffing .  Will need to resume tomorrow, and I'm not dreading it!

This is super good for me.  Hubby is much older and he always did it (the shoveling). . . . Now I can take care of him! Feels so very wonderful to be in control of being helpful.

Being able to do more never gets old. I see we are surgery buddies... I had mine July 23rd, 2014. Yesterday was 18 months for me, so it is 18 months today for you! Congrats on sticking with it!

you're a year ahead :) . . .  i had mine 2015, so i'm 6 months out.   wi**** was 18months . . . . .can't wait to be doing maintenance.   but i will stick with this and be thankful each day for making the decision to have wls.  

You are right, I read it wrong... hahaha... I tell people I still have to work hard at this, but it is much easier to work at it thinner than MO.

Granted no huffing and puffing, but this old girl is in major pain (beyond shoulders . . .my lower back is not a happy camper).  Getting back to this weight loss journey . . . it is an interesting, amazing, definitely not the easy-way-out journey.   NYMom222 . . was able to dig out half of my car . . but pooped out . . . fast forward to panic mode . . .(have to be at work tomorrow at 3:30pm.)

• emailed angie's list contact
• got a call ten minutes later that they'd dig me out
• went out to wait for them
• my neighbors were in the process and almost done clearing me out
• called angie's list contact and he said he'd still stop by "in case" and that i was under no obligation.

i wanna hug EVERYONE . . . and i hate to hug.
