20 year old sleevers?

Hey! I'm 20 years old and set to get my sleeve around the end of February. I haven't met any sleevers my age; everyone in my support group is around 30-40 years my senior. I also have PCOS and have always been overweight. Any young sleevers have advice/progress/etc. to share? Would really appreciate it!

I am not young but I would like to congratulate you on the decision to change your life in a healthy way at

such a young age before you have all kinds of health issues. I hope you find some folks your age to walk the

path with.

I was 28 when I had mine, little older than you. Best decision ever! 

HI! I am also 20 :) I had the DS but the sleeve is part of that surgery plus a little rewiring of my intestines! i am 3 weeks out from surgery, back in college and trying to do things normally! Congratulations on your surgery!

hey I'm 24 and I'm scheduled for the sleeve on Feb 12. My best friend who is also 24 had it done about a year ago and her results have been amazing. She went from 301 sw to 150-160 cw. From this site and friends and family who have had it done , its worth it. Although as it gets closer I'm freaking out which from what I hear is normal. I'll let you know how it goes if you want, you'll be right after!
