G' Morning Paola Yes its HUMPTY HUMP day.. Today for me is another day at work. The weather here in South Florida is going to be sunny and 75degrees. I see all the snow falling on the news last night, just looking at it makes me cold. Makes for a long winter when it snows early. I hope you have a good day. Priscilla

Hey Priscilla! You know...last year it started snowing a whole month earlier...on Halloween evening. So I'm actually amazed that we had these many sunny days. I sure am a summer baby though...it's my favorite time of the year...now that I lost the weight it's even better Have a GREAT warm day! Hugs, Paola

CCCIao! Paola. My day is dark, rainy & gloomy. I am feeling, serene & quite calm. I don't know why, I just am. I have all kinds of crazy stuff going on, but I feel great! Still trying to figure out how the band & I will be getting to Bklyn Sat nite, or how I am going to Penn Stae with them Fri nite. Good morning everyone! Congratulations on the Onederland, Bambi! I hope to travel there, too, someday. We're supposed to get freezing rain here in West Michigan today. I get to go for my two-week checkup. Looks like I should be down around 20 pounds since surgery. Just sent the wife and son out the door to work and school, respectively, so I think I might try to get a little more sleep, too. I've only been getting about 5 to 6 hours a night, and then a short nap in the afternoon. Hope everyone has a great day! Matt

GOOD MORNING from frigid Missouri! Temp is only 18 degrees and the wind is blowin'...don't even want to know what the wind chill is right now. I'm finished with brekkie and will be working on my fruit protein smoothie in a bit... drying my hair and getting ready for work... EGADS IT IS COLD!.... Have to work at my second job tonight and tomorrow night ... so won't be home til almost midnight. It sure makes for one heck of a long long day but I'm up for it. Good morning everyone. Looks like a crisp sunny day here for me. I sure miss the snow, however, don't think I would like it much now after WLS cause I am now the one always cold and wearing a sweater when it in 70 outside LOL. I had a not so great day yesterday too. I got some lunch meat stuck for the first time. People here told me dumping is worse than getting something stuck!!! ugghhh, I hope I never dump then cause yesterday was bad enough. Gonna get the kiddos ready for school.
