Hey there, Oh my, I can't be sleepy now...I am to darn excited. I hopped on the scales today and I am in Onederland!!!! whoohoo! We got snow the other day...a dusting...but it's so darn cold here!!!!!! brrrrr! I think I am going to have to do the happy ! the other day my son gave me a hug and after he walked away I said Hey, get back here...do that again...his arms wrapped all around! So he smiled and gave me another hug! Talk about feeling great! Many WOW moments for me lately! Bambi

Hey Carole...whew...I'm so glad my kids feel better...they were VERY sick for a week or so...and I didn't sleep through the night for days...it sure takes a toll on me if I don't sleep...I turn into hmmmm...let's just say I get my broom out of the closet and fly around Hope she feels better soon! today is rainy and dark but warm and yes it is making be extremely sleepy... wish I could go back to bed... or find a job that Im not commuting two hours to get to so I could sleep later... Or get up early and exercise in the AM.... ANYWAY... today is a new day.... look for at least one GOOD thing that has happened and hold on to it... Today my good thing (so far) is Im down to 178lbs... loss of 82... yesterdays good thing was my 2 yr wedding anniversary and hubby got me a beautiful card and a dozen gorgeous roses.... Now If I had let it... It would have been bad... hubbys truck got new tires but broke a lug nut and as he was picking up the 4yo from grandmas the serpentine belt broke (5:30) then at 8:30 he called to have me pick up another one and bring it to him (I hate going out after I get home from work)... but I refused to let that get me down.... Today... I will be positive... And Im positive.... you are Wonderful!! Karen Man I gotta get a picture on here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Karen, Hijack! Sorry but I just had to say, I travel an hour 1/2 to work, and Wednesday evening when family was coming for Thanksgiving & I was driving home, 2 Pulleys & Serpentine Belt broke! It should be done by tonight. Just had to at that! Linda
