When can I switch to solid vitamins?

Okay, something weird here---I did NOT make this post, even though it appears under my name. I DID make a post that no longer appears in this thread.

Hi ALL,  I just want to say that all the experiences that i have went through im sure most of you if not all have gone through something or another all i can do is laugh about my experiences (corn kernal) and move on.. I am ready for the revision Yes half your stomach is removed and stapled but there is no malabsortion and for me = work which i'm ok with.  when the band was tightened or at my sweet spot i worked with it
