How much stock do you put in frame size?

An optical illusion is a good way to put it! My work BFF is my same height and had VSG 5 months before my RNY, so we've been comparing and contrasting a lot. She's bottomed out at about 155-160 while I've lately been stuck right at around 150, but she doesn't look like she has any more to lose while I thin****rtainly do. Her shoulders and hips are a lot broader than mine.
