How much stock do you put in frame size?
You're only 8 months out. Keep following your plan and see where your body ends up. No need to try to "stop" losing weight now. That usually backfires for most people.
I agree with Gwen. Get your body fat measured. Calipers give crappy measures. Get a dexascan.

I recently had the dexa scan for body compostion. Since you are in Portland, I will add that it was 125 dollars in Kirkland Wa, across the lake from Seattle. It included a detailed conversation to discuss the results afterwards. It finally gave my brain proof positive that I am in a healthy weight where I am comfortable and not too low, nor too high. Just like Goldilocks, I feel I am just right.
Like you, lots of opinions about my BMI in the months/weeks leading up to the scan.
For what it is worth, my BMI on day of scan was in the high 21s. The scan said that I have less fat that 99% of women and more muscle than 62%. I have around 24-25 lbs of fat left on me but a good portion is essential fat (necessary for life.)
The person going over the numbers told me that athletes sometimes don't feel they have enough power as lean as I am, but if I feel good I don't need to think I need to gain weight. She said that while technically I could lose a FEW more fat pounds, as you get closer to the essential fat level, the body begins to borrow energy from muscles and muscle mass goes down. This is all very much an individual process, by the way, so no way to predict.
Also, just FYI as you mull things over, my body is very different at BMI 21.8 than it was at BMI 25 in a good way. I am able to better functionally perform in yoga, aerobic activities, etc.
Also, I always THOUGHT I had "breeder hips" but it turns out those breeder hips were just fat, not bone structure. They existed at BMI 25, but not where I am at now. This makes a huge difference in clothing choices which I am surprised to find is immensely satisfying as well.
I would have never discovered that a lower BMI was better for me until I got there. I agree with using all modalities available to determine when to stop: objective info like dexa scans plus how you feel plus (since you are physically active) how your body performs plus how clothes fit, etc.
But, at the end of day, a very personal choice.

I've dropped 290, and mine are still the same size and width. I wish they'd gotten smaller, so itwould be easier to find shoes.

I am 5'5" and small boned/framed. I am currently 138 lbs (22 bmi) and would still like to lose 8 to 10 pounds. It gets appreciably harder the further out you are -- and I am glad I continued into my second year.

Yes, we all thought we were 'big boned' HA!
I wrote about my experience with Body Fat testing. Here it is. Dexascans are one of the most accurate ways, and the information they give you is very interesting. It made me reset my initial goal (Of getting into normal bodyfat) 19 pounds heavier than what the standard BMI charts said. Something to consider .... more accurate than how big your bones are.... :)
My doc always says keep doing what you are doing and your body will know when to stop. Few people ever get underweight.

Meh. I've always been told I have a large frame, but I think is because I was fat. A doctor once took a look at my hands and said I carry the weight well. I've always been told I carry it well :-/ I see it now as a cop out. My shoulders and hips do seem like they are naturally wide, but I don't know what qualifies as a large frame.
I accidentally put myself into maintenance too early. I'm 165 now at 5'6, and still struggling to get down to that 155 I set for myself. If you can, keep going now! The rate of weight loss will slow down for sure, so take advantage of it while you can.
I do think frame size matters to some degree.
I have a friend who is the same height as me and when she was about the same weight as me she was a size or two smaller. In spite of the fact that I exercise and she doesn't. She has vary narrow hips. Where I am more of an hourglass figure. We were comparing hip sizes and there is no way I would ever have my hips as narrow as hers. I also notice my wrists are bigger than hers too.
Now does that figure into weight some how??? To some extent but I don't think by much. When we are the same weight. She always appears thinner because of the build of her body. But I see it as kind of an optical illusion.
