the plateau too early
It is difficult not to compare your loss to others on these forums. I know that initially i felt I was missing the mark when I tried to compare my results, so I stopped doing that. I had set a few milestones in my mind and just kept on moving steadily forward. Seven months after surgery I had lost 105 pounds and was in onderland. I couldn't even believe it was true. Sometimes you don't see movement on the scale, but your clothes start to feel lose. Just take it day by day. I would imagine that you are losing faster than ever in your life before. And you need to transition to food for long term success. You can't continue on liquids forever.
I am currently in Thailand on vacation and haven't been on a scale for over a week (kind of nerve-wracking, but I am just following my plan as best I can with the local cuisine). I still have about 50 pounds more to go, but the one thing I know for sure is that this trip would have been a whole lot more difficult hauling around 100 plus extra pounds.
Good luck on your journey. You will get to the finish line at your own pace.

I plateaued after one week and it lasted 3 1/2 weeks. I was freaking out. Plateaus happen to everone and early out is common. Your body is healing and adjusting and saying "What the hell did you do to me?"
