I Think I've Found My "Full" Button
lol, good to find a full button though. mine is a start heating up. i start stripping off what ever clothes i am wearing. but happy to have the sign never have over stuffed myself

Actually, most successful VSGers call those types of signals a "hard stop" - meaning that you've actually over eaten by a few bites. I'd suggest you always use pre measured portions and if you're getting that hard stop signal, cut your portions back a little. We have to learn to avoid the full feeling and learn to stop eating at the point of satiety. If you eat to fullness, your portions will increase over time, maybe to the point where your sleeve is not as helpful as it could be. If you read the VSG Forum posts, you will see people saying to 'under eat your sleeve'. That's what they mean :-).

Sneezing, runny nose, or hiccups. They all mean dial it back a little. Measure portions and don't go too far.
A couple years from now you'll be able to eat a bunch more without sneezing. Enough to gain weight, for sure. Get used to measuring and avoid that.
