Snacks On A Plane...

It's a 9 hour flight and I won't get into Los Angeles until 10pm, so I'll definitely need to eat something between the time I leave for the airport early in the day and arrive to my destination late at night.

Whenever I leave the house I always take my emergency bag with almonds and walnuts and my "Oh Yeah" ONE protein bar. I used to like Quest but they changed their formula and now they are a little hard not as chewy. I'm now hooked on One bars. 22 grams protein, 1 gr Sugar, 2-3 net Carbs and 10 grams Fiber, certified gluten free. The chocolate brownie tastes like you're eating a brownie and my all time favorite is peanut butter pie. You can purchase on amazon.com or check your local Health store. I also take along a small bag of Costco's beef jerky.
