Higgins & Burke make a nice decaf orange pekoe. I also like the Tazo wild sweet orange. It helped me survive the 3 weeks of optifast.

You can make overnight iced tea without all the boiling fuss.  Just plunk your teabags in the pitcher and cold brew in the fridge over night!

I really enjoy a tea called Lady Grey.  It's like an earl grey but slightly less bergamot flavor and more citrus (but not acidic) notes.  Constant Comment was a favorite from my childhood.

Costco of all places has the best green tea.  Kirkland brand.  It's fabulous hot or cold.

Check out Stash Tea if you haven't.  They occasionally have great deals.  I've been buying from them for years.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

It is not that we have so little time but that we lose so much...the life we receive is not short but we make it so; we are not ill provided but use what we have wastefully. -- Seneca, On the Shortness of Life
