Wls exercise
You can always walk! There are lots of sites out there for exercise "classes" too. I really like the Les Mills stuff and YogoGlo is great for yoga classes.
Also, I think Planet Fitness membership is only $10/month.

Some kind of movement/exercise you will do is essential to long term maintenance in my opinion. Mine is swimming laps in a pool with a snorkel. It's good on my joints and it's good on my mind. Before I had the gym membership I would go to the city pool for 3 bucks a swim. I can afford that. I'm worth it.
