Walk, sit ups, squat thrust, think back to gym class.  Google exercise.

Exercise bands are pretty cheap.  There are thousands of workout routines for free on YouTube and all over the internet.

Is a waist trimmer the same thing?

No that is something different plus a total rip-off.

Go to Amazon and type in resistance bands.

These are super good and effective if you are faithfully doing it 3 times per week.  These are what we use at my gym!

You can always walk!  There are lots of sites out there for exercise "classes" too.  I really like the Les Mills stuff and YogoGlo is great for yoga classes.

Also, I think Planet Fitness membership is only $10/month.

Not sure if 'waist trimmer' is the same thing as a 'waist trainer' - I've been told by medical professionals that waist trainers are dangerous to use, especially if you have had stomach surgery. Something to keep in mind.

You should also check your insurance. My pays for my gym membership.

Some kind of movement/exercise you will do is essential to long term maintenance in my opinion. Mine is swimming laps in a pool with a snorkel. It's good on my joints and it's good on my mind. Before I had the gym membership I would go to the city pool for 3 bucks a swim. I can afford that. I'm worth it.
