One Year Photo Comparison

I hope everyone is enjoying the Holiday Season. I surely am. My mom, son and I went to Disneyland for 5 days and had a blast. This week we are off to Florida for my aunt's funeral. I loved her to pieces as she was my favorite aunt. My mother is holding up pretty well.

I decided to post a one year comparison. It helps to keep my head in check when I get too obsessive about these last 9 pounds. The 2014 picture shows me at 260+ lbs before surgery. The 2015 picture shows me post surgery at 169 lbs. I can NOW see the difference.

Just working on these last 9 pounds. I want to lose them before my 1 year surgiversary on March 30.

Great job. People don't realize all the hard work that goes into this. Yes the surgery certainly helps and puts us in the race, but we have to compete and run in it. You look great, good job!
