Anybody trying WW for long term weight loss?
I actually went to a Weigh****chers meeting yesterday with a friend. I am lifetime and under my WW goal weight, so it was free. I like the meetings and I know it will help keep me accountable so I can lose my holiday weight. It is much easier for me to go to a WW meeting than a WLS support group. If you think it will help you, then do it.
