Can't able to drink water ,roux ny gastric bypass ,post op 7 moths

anybody please help me I am post operated 7 months patient

and I reduced my weight to 80 kg by reducing 40 kg

but the problem is that since 7 days I can't able to drink water and even after drinking water I have to vomit even some times I want to drink water but after drinking water I have pain in my chest

this problem some times have a great impact in that condition I can't drink or even can't eat

plz plz help me I m metally so frustrated

i m seriously ill and need a support I know I am posting it again but plz help me and reply

You need to be seen by a Dr. immediately.  There could be a multitude of reasons why you cannot drink/eat and whatever the cause, it must be diagnosed and treated by a Dr.  Have you contacted your batiatric surgeon to let them know you are having problems? 

I contacted my doctor but he is saying its normal but I don't know why always he says like this

I m not ok can you plz tell me that is it normal or not and in my type of surgery what is the issue its 7 months I m ok earlier but now I m not ok from last 10 days even water can't went down plz talk to some docter plz help me

It is not normal if you could eat/drink small amounts prior to 10 days ago and now you cannot.   You should seek emergency care.  If you have not been able to eat or drink, you will become dehydrated and nutrient deficient!  

I am still new to these boards and don't know a lot about all of this, but if  I was having that problem, I would call my surgeon. There could be something wrong with your pouch/stomach.

i have a pain in my chest sometimes and one more thing i m having a different surgery eoin xy something like that 

so can I go for other surgery that is of bypass without pouch 

Even if their is another surgery than what will happen even I am afraid of tht too 

If you had an RNY and are having problems eating/drinking the only alternative surgery would be a takedown.  You would have a normal size stomach again.   

A stricture is a simple fix - a take down is a very serious surgery only done if the problem is life threatening.

The original poster asked if there was another surgery they could have that didn't have a pouch.  I was answering that question, it would be a takedown so that the stomach would be normal again.
