Christmas NSV's

So share 'em if you've got 'em! Mine are

1) being able to fit the necklace my 12 year old son bought for me. Last time he bought be me jewelry the chain was too short (aka: my neck was too fat) for it to fit. Today I proudly took it out of the box and immediately put it on.

2) My hubby got me new exercise clothes. I loved that I was able to tell him he could get them anywhere, and not be restricted to plus size stores. It was surreal pulling size XL out of the box, thinking they look small, but knowing they'll fit.

3) started my day with a 2 mile run (instead of a cupcake like my mind wanted). Felt so good afterwards I said no thanks to the cupcake.

I thought of you this morning Grim as I was making bacon for the family. I've accepted defeat when it comes to pork products. Still saddens my soul a little

It's always nice to be remembered.

My brother was here for Christmas. There's always bacon when he's around. I have enough left for breakfast tomorrow. Although yhere are 6 ribs left over from the roast....

Sorry about your intolerance to pork. It makes me sad.

Haven't had surgery yet, but my XXL men's shirt( you know the kind you get from a company or work with the logo's) is hanging loose on my hips (compared to fitting snugly on my hips)! :D Quite proud of myself this morning! I"m about to go show off my loose shirt to the squirrels in the nature park with my pup :)

My wife gave me a medium shirt.  I told her that I liked it but would return it for a large.  She said she thought it woukd fit.  I tried it on and it fits.  Good day.

Congrats!  I also received pajamas size XL. Looking at it I thought oh boy how embarrassing I'm going to have to return these for a bigger size. They looked way too small. They fit!!!!!  So worth passing on the cheese cake!  Merry Christmas!
