Misery loves company
I regained 100 lbs after my first WLS so I know the feeling. I had a revision but I firmly believe I would have failed my second surgery like I did my first if I didn't make some changes.
Basically, go in your kitchen. Look in the cupboards, the fridge and the freezer and check out the labels. If you see the word "sugar" throw it out. If you see "wheat" throw it out. At least that is what I did. Giving up sugar and gluten helped me lose the cravings for those things. Moderation has never been my strong suit, as my regain proved.
It took a while to detox off the carbs but once I did I lost all desire for those things. I was able to follow a healthy way of eating without fighting temptation all the time. My pouch helps me feel satisfied with less food but it's still me making the choices with what I put in there.
Hang in there. You can turn it around.

Check out our Back On Track Together forum. I see more activity there than on many other boards. It is a nice place to talk with others who are in the same situation as you. We are all there for the same reason and share tips and idea's on what works and things that trigger poor choices. The New Year is little over a week away, what a great time to get Back On Track Together and live the life you were meant to live! Best of luck to us all.
