Cookbook recs?
Nom Nom Paleo is my favorite, but Well Fed is another great paleo one. America's Test Kitchen's Paleo Perfected isn't bad either!
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

If it were me I'd go to Amazon and put in high protein diet cookbooks that should give you a truck load to checkout then shop away for the best ones. Anything Atkins is great since he started the hi protein/low carb way of eating. South Beach also has some good cookbooks but they are a bit higher in carbs than I prefer.
The walmart website has several.
i don't know which are in stores to peruse. I got this from Amazon. I still eat simply, so I havent used it much. I dont know why it just says low fat, it is also low carb.

I love her cooking and baking. I use stevia or splenda for some off her recipes.
I also like http://mariamindbodyhealth.com
Really great stuff IMO

Google is your friend.
I tend to figure out what ingredients I want to use or have on hand: chicken, any veggie and then just type "chicken broccoli low carb" and see what comes up, etc.
But in general, Paleo will work well and a few have already mentioned some of my fav sites.
But a couple of my newest favs that weren't mentioned yet:

http://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/
(I eat more Keto than paleo, but recipes on these sites are easily adaptable fat wise, just sub whatever ingredients you don't like).
