Non-Food and Cheap Rewards

Bubble bath. MOST DEFINITELY GOING ON THE LIST. I'll have to start looking for a book I am interested in.   Tea is always a good treat...how about the tea WITH Netflix?

There are many coloring books for adults that are inexpensive.  I've been using these instead of food rewards.  It's productive, and I will hang some of the nicer pieces as art.  :)

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

My gym has a hot tub and I reward myself for working out by getting in the hot tub. I find that I'm willing to work out harder when I know I'm going to get to soak in that hot tub afterwards.

A home pedicure, I just did this the night before another operation. My red toes looked great, so I felt good too!
