Des 16th Update. Those of you who are honking - you are ROCKSTARS.
For me, the first year out seemed like a waiting game at times. If I stayed on the plan, 7 days later when I weighed, the scale would be a little lower. I imagined ticking off the days like the baby chick. I would lose 10-12 pounds a month, which over a year REALLY ADDS UP. I am over the moon with my weight progress - maybe some other difficulties, not so much!!!
But you honkers - WOW. Thanks for sharing your successes. Hope to hear more.
The only thing I would add to the picture is 100s of empty protein shake containers and wrappers.
