For me, I see deleting posts as a way to cover one's tracks or try to rewrite history.  If you're going to post a comment, stand by what you said, defend it or admit you were possibly wrong.   YMMV.

I can understand that. But no, I wasn't trying to cover my tracks or change history. I just simply deleted my remarks because I felt I was contributing to the problem instead of fixing it. Which is why I deleted my comments and then posted my last statement. Not my fault everyone misunderstood and  got bent out of shape over something so silly.

I wont tolerate being bullied. You may make an excuse to view it differently but to each their own.

But it's all good, what's said is said.

We should all feel bad for being ridiculous by keeping this going on some lady's forum asking about batwing solutions.

Im sorry you felt bullied. I simply responded with facts when I read your post. Trust me your arms are shrinking because you're losing weight. If you still ate pizza and McDonald's everyday but drank 70 oz of water your arms would not get smaller. That is why your post bothered me. Maybe you dont understand what the ppl posting here means by bat wings. As someone that is suffering from bat wing syndrome... (not actual medical term) telling me I need to drink more water to fix it is like telling fat ppl they need to just go work out to lose weight. I hope you understand where I am coming from. I also hope you realise that youre posta defending yourself are coming off in a way you probably are not intending and fueling the fires you stated you did not want to fuel.

Thank you for taking the time to explain your opinion to me instead of a tracking me and making me feel cornered.

Yes I realize I added fuel to the fire which is so not me. I have no one or nothing to blame for my actions. I hope I can be forgiven for the damage I caused. I was being a bully as well as I felt bullied.

So I apologize to everyone for being so immature.

I am on OH to give advice if I can and seek advice and encouragement. I never want to stoop so low again to where I cause drama. Again, that is not me what so ever. I always do what I can to avoid it.

Again I am sorry to everyone.

I am sorry. I will stop. It's not like me to keep things like this going. I wish I would've never said anything. I just felt backed in a corner. I can back up everything I say 100% and know when to step down and admit when I'm wrong. I however, have had success with drinking water aND improving my batwings.

So again, I apologize for being so sensitive and immature and making things worse. I had no intentions of being rude or making anything worse.

From a scientific POV, you really CAN'T back up the notion, much less at 100%, tha****er will reduce arm chub. This is your observation, and since you've (presumably) NOT seen what might change with a different amount of water than you've consumed in the past, you have no way to determine if the change was due to fluid consumption or something else completely.

But you CAN'T back up everything you say 100%. Things that aren't true are always untrue. 2+2 NEVER equals 5. Water never gets rid of batwings.

But yet, you keep holding onto this like there was even a grain of truth. Do you always do this? You strike me as the sort of person who still believes there is some inherent nobility in the Confederate flag.
