I went for a plastic surgery consultation today, and of course the batwings were in the discussion. The surgeon was looking for an example of his work to show me, and he was shuffling through papers and made reference to looking for someone with 'pendulous' arms to show me someone like me.  Thanks Doc.

Shrugs can be your friends. I have them in every color. I also have a massive snake looking fistula on my upper left arm from having renal failure. It's so scary I think most people don't notice the bat wings.

Hmm, just tell them is the new trend in body modification. You could start a new trend.  Have you seen what some people are doing to themselves nowadays?  On purpose,  even.

To those of you who made unnecessary and rude remarks over a silly post, I want to thank you.

At first I was offended, got myself all worked up but ended up having a GREAT work out just thinking about your rudeness.

Secondly, I admit my post wasn't the best, and I apologize for making you think I'm some idiot who has no idea what I'm talking about. I am a very smart person who has alot of knowledge to give, but also enough room to receive. I am no better or smarter than any of you, nor are you than me.

Thirdly, although there was a fuss over my comment, even if you were being a smartass saying I made you laugh, that's ok. I'm glad I made you laugh today. If I made you feel smarter by you stating your opinion or belittling me, then that's ok too. I'm glad I made you feel good today.I am being 100% honest, no smartass or rudeness intended.

Lastly, please keep in mind we all have our struggles and successes. We share WLS and are here to support and encourage one another. So please just double think before you jump down someone's throat over something so small and silly. Being a bully over the internet, if a reflection of the kind of bully you are in person. So please reevaluate your perfections before you throw a stone. We all say/think/post things that may or may not be true, ho est, funny, or informative. It's a learning experience all together.

I will continue to drink water and view it as "magic" because it has worked in my favor.

I wish you all nothing but success on your weight loss journey, and hope you all stay strong and enjoy your Holiday!

Merry Christmas!

Spreading false information is wrong. Period.

Water is great for our health, but drinking it will not make fat or skin disappear. Making someone believe that it will, is just wrong on so many levels.

Lucky I didn't spread false information. Yes I should have made sure I was 100% accurate. But people also need to take a chill pill.

And I never once said that drinking water would make skin disappear, I said it'd help the extra cushion. Don't put words in my mouth.  It's not my fault people took my post and misunderstood. Next time I'll be sure to check with several different people before posting anything just to make sure no one gets anything mixed up.

I'm sorry I've had luck with drinking s much water. I notice a difference in my skin, weight-loss and energy levels. Too bad others don't have as good of luck as I do.
