Batwings
Females cant bulk too much because we dont have enough testosterone. Unless we start shooting steroids we'll never build enough mass to be bulky. No matter how much water I drink my massively stretched skin on my arms is not going to poof back to a normal shape.

75% of arm mass is made up of water. The rest is muscle. If you want to get rid of that extra cushion, you should drink at least 8-12 glasses of water a day. water flushes the toxins out of your body.
I make sure to drink lots of water and work my arms more than any area of the body, be smart about your exercises though as you don't want to build too much bulk, unless thats your preference ;)
Water is the magic answer! But of course all results vary and it depends how well you can stick to drinking to much water. I struggle with it daily, trust me!
you're kidding ,right? The entire body is made up of 75-80% water and I sure didn't see my skin magically fill out. Not gonna happen. I don't know what results you are getting bu****er is not magic.
I put a little faucet on each of my arms. When I want big bulky arms, I leave the extra water. When I want skinnier arms, I open the faucets and let some of the water out.

Come back after you lose over 200 lbs and tell me if water has kept you from having saggy skin.
I really thought you were trying to be funny. I had no way of knowing you were just being ridiculous.

Of course I was kidding. I am not an idiot. People need to stop being so snarky and getting offended over small things. Water works in my favor, sorry it doesn't for you.
sounds like you are the one who is offended. And I. Know you didn't just try to be a forum nanny and tell ppl how and what they can post. M
Um...we are all required to drink that much water/liquid post op. That is one of the most basic of post op instructions. I've done that and guess what? Still have batwings over here.
And not to be rude, but you really have no idea what you're talking about. When we are morbidly obese for a very long time like a lot of us were, we actually GROW extra skin to cover our fat bodies...I was SMO for over 20 years. Drinking water, even extra water, and bulking up won't do a thing for getting that extra skin gone for me. Exercise will make the extra skin drape better, but the only way to get rid of that skin is to get it surgically removed.
Now, if you're a younger person who didn't carry a lot of weight in your arms, and you weren't heavy for a long time and/or genetics is on your side, you may be able to escape the need for brachioplasty in order for your arm skin to look better, but that is NOT the case for everyone, so please don't fill people's heads with erroneous information.
