Batwings
My arms were also my worst. And after losing all my weight, they were even worse. I spoke with physical trainers who confirmed that you can't "tighten up" skin. I would have had to build my arm muscles enormously to fill out any of the extra skin, so I ended up having an arm lift.
The arm lift didn't make my arms look "normal," but they're much smaller and even though there's still saggy skin (I was told to eliminate all the sag they would have had to pull the skin so tight that I would have lost mobility), it looks close enough to normal, older skin that I can live with it.
Good luck! After all we go through to lose the weight, I think it's great to do whatever else you can to feel good about your body.

Kat, at some point, posted about a product called Sleevey Wonders. They aren't quite compression garments or Spanx for batwings, but they are a cover up of some sort that allow a woman to turn sleeveless dresses/shirts into a sleeved garment, which can broaden your wardrobe choices if nothing else. I never got any, but I WANT!
