Calcium chew?

so I got the bariatric advantage caramel calcium. Does this count as eating so do have wait 30 min? Do the vitamins also fall into this category?

No, they don't count as food as far as drinking goes.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Don't you just love them?! They are not a part of your meal plan.  There's no need to wait to take them.  I have mine with my meals. I love those carmel chews! I tasted the raspberry chews.  OMG, they are so good!  However, since they are only 250mg it would take twice the amount to fulfill my needs and that would be more $.

The Bariatric Advantage chews say to take with food, so I always take them right after I finish a meal.  

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
