Before and during my weight loss journey I looked for stories of others who had taken the same road I had. It

was so encouraging to hear the ups and downs as well as the milestones reached. I promised myself I would

help others behind me just starting their journey. I have kept that promise by encouraging others who I met just

starting out. We share a common bond.

Just recently I started a blog and posted my success story. http://mymountainmatrix.com/weight-loss-journey/

I hope you will take the time to read it and pass it on to others who might need a lift.

Everyone has a different journey but its important to me to make a difference.

Thanks for you time.

You might find more interest in a community in which you are a regular contributor.  That way people would know who you are and care about your success.  There are a lot of people who come here just to schill their blogs ...

There are lots of people here, who are successful veterans who help people with their journey, answering questions, formulating recipes, writing about the secrets of their success 5, 10 etc years out.  Long term success is what counts as experience because long term maintenance is the part of the journey that requires knowledge, dedication and hard work.

I look forward to seeing you here as a regular contributor imparting your wisdom to all those *****quest it and making that real difference you crave.  Good luck with your blog
