Insurance approval

hello all, I started my pre-op requirements 6 months ago, I have united healthcare community plan thru Medicaid. Does anyone have expirence with this plan? I'm nervous because I read a criteria on this plan stating u need a "maximum" 1 year of the pre-op visits. Not even sure what they mean by maximum.. Does that mean my 6 months is enough? I'm very nervous because my info was submitted and I'm awaiting the decision.. If anyone knows anything I'd be thrilled! I live in NY state btw, thanks!
