I mix mine with milk too. Use PB2 or something like that. It is peanut butter powder. Will give you the PB flavor without all the fat and calories.

I'm 4 months out, and am getting between 600-700 calories a day.  Twice, I've gone over 800, and it was too much for me.  My nutritionist also doesn't expect 80-100 grams of protein.  A woman of my height, 5' 5" only needs between 57 and 85 grams of protein a day.  I always get more than 57, but rarely go over 80.  I also keep try to keep my carbs under 30 on most days.

My nut also told me to not count calories, but for me, 600-700 keeps me on the downward flow.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

For about the first 6 weeks or so I averaged about 400 calories. After that I was able to eat more physically. From that point on I stay between 600 and 800 calories.

Try the premier protein shakes. They come in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Pre-made so you don't have to mix them in anything!! I love them. Sometimes I put them in my nutrabullet add ice and sometimes add different flavors of sugar free syrups.....yes I get Peanut butter, carmel, mint, vanilla, etc in the sugar free syrups. I also add some intstant coffee to it at times too!!

I'm over a year from surgery and still aim for 700-800. I focus on keeping carbs under 7 and protein over 80 everyday.
