Annual Lab Work

There is absolutely no way those are all you need. 

Mine are always 13 - 20+ vials, and when it was 13 she said some vials held enough blood for 2 tests. My regular pcp does my annual lab draws, but it's basically the same list that Vitalady always recommended. 

I've read here probably a hundred times over the years that people learn late they aren't getting complete labs drawn, or that they took their Drs work that all the labs "looked good" only to discover they were dangerously deficient in multiple things. 

I've been around this board and others since 06 or 07, and thought you had too. I'm puzzled how you don't know what labs you need, and know to follow the numbers rather than trust whoever scans those results. Deficiencies are too dangerous for us to not be diligent about following our own labs.
