What happens to all that extra Skin and unpleasant-ness

At an OH event a couple years ago, I got an evaluation from one of the plastic surgeons there, who practices in Beverly Hills.  He said I needed an LBL, which would probably also take care of my thighs, and a combination arm reduction (can't remember what that's called) / breast lift.  So two procedures all-in.  Each procedure would be $18K.  I never really had plans to get plastic surgery, but I thought it would be interesting to see what I needed and what it would cost.  It was, to say the least.  I'll spend the $$ on traveling, TYVM!  And Spanx.

A lower body lift will address the front and side of the thighs, a little bit on the back.  But it does ZERO for the inner thighs and that's where all my problems are thigh-wise.
