Surgery date set...excited and nervous!
Jason, I had the full gastro bypass on September 24th, 2015, the best day in my life and I'm sure it will be in yours. Stock up on sugar free popsicles, let me tell you the amount of water they want you to drink after surgery is very very hard in the popsicles will help you. I'm sitting at almost 3 months after surgery currently I have dropped over 68 pounds since surgery. Don't let them scare you, I had some try scary me what is worth it more living over weight with diabetes and possibly die in early or having surgery! Do it for you, us who have had surgery are standing with you and are praying for you and the surgical team. God bless and go for it achieve your goals.
