Do you have a blue "?" where your avatar should be?

Hi Members 

I was helping another member that was trying to upload an avatar and we could not get the   replaced with the photo/avatar.  We found if you click "remove" and then try to upload the avatar it works.  

Give this a try and if you need help, let me know and I am on the way

I had that for a few days when I first put in my cat avatar,  then it spontaneously went away one day and my cat appeared.  I just figured  there was a delay to get my photo approved by someone.  IE someone checking for profane images.

Since I joined this site I have yet to be able to get a ticker to work.  Can you help me with that Kathy?  I've tried every time I weigh in.  I have even tried importing my ticker from MFP... no dice.
