ONEDERLAND, BUT CAN'T CELEBRATE

The very same day I made it to ONEDERLAND....  Heaven accepted another angel into its midst.  Makes it very hard to celebrate making it to onederland!  My dear daddy is sitting at the feet of Jesus.  I'd say he's up dancing with God, but dad wasn't a dancer.  He was a quiet, mountain man who loved the outdoors where poison ivy and bees always found him.  He was a great lumberjack and hard worker as well as a super hero to us kids.  His sense of humor and practical jokes will be greatly missed by everyone who ever knew him.  He's the one who taught us our love of the outdoors, shooting and hunting, riding motorcycles and playing cribbage.  He will be greatly missed!

Please accept my sympathy on the loss of your beloved dad. Perhaps you'd can find a way in time to think of this day that makes it special as the years go by eg he waited to go till you knew you were on your way to good health. I am sure he must be looking down proudly on your accomplishment. Sending you most caring thoughts.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  It sounds like he was so loved by and your family, and that will be your comfort for now and in the future. Even among the crying, you will find yourself smiling when you think of something he did that made you laugh or happy.  Relish the memories, as they will keep him alive in your heart for the rest of your life.

I know losing a parent is super hard. I lost my mother (44) when I was 19. Just keep all the good times, the wonderful thoughts & everything he taught you close to heart! Most of all, know he would want nothing more than for you to celebrate your accomplishment & to know that he wants to keep succeeding! My thoughts are wiyh you and your entire family.
